Scepter acquires new product line (February 16, 2005)

Scepter Corp. (Toronto) has purchased the Flo N Go product line from Scotia Innovators Inc. This gas nozzle and siphon unit provides a fluid-transfer solution for small engine refueling. It allows consumers to fill gas-powered products such as lawn mowers and outboard motors without lifting the gas can. The purchase follows a two-year strategic partnership in which Scepter manufactured the Home Station unit of the Flo N Go product line.
“The Flo N Go line is a complement to Scepter’s fuel containers and other quality plastic products. We are building on our successes using the strength of a well-established, branded company with strong distribution channels,” said Ron Chisholm, president Scotia Innovators, Inc.
Scepter plans to extend the Flo N Go product family to address the fluid transfer needs in the residential, commercial and agricultural markets.
