Resin Systems enters into agreement with Chinese utility companies

Calgary-based Resin Systems Inc., a composite material company, through its operating division RS Technologies, announced it has entered into a cooperation and initial agreement with two Chinese utility companies, Jiangsu Far-East Group Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce for Electric Power Service.
Pursuant to the agreement, the two Chinese companies will purchase Resin Systems’ RStandard molecular composite transmission utility poles. Resin Systems will start monthly shipments of the utility poles in the first quarter of 2006, once product approval is received from Chinese authorities.
