Edmonton, Alta.-based ZCL Composites Inc. has appointed Ron Bachmeier to the position of chief operating officer, and Ron Fink to the position of executive vice president.

Winchester, Va.-based decking, raling, fencing and trim manufacturer Trex has named James E. Cline as the company’s vice president and chief financial officer. The company also recently announced that it has reduced its workforce by approximately 30 employees.
