Pawcatuck, Conn.-based Davis-Standard, LLC has promoted Robert Planchon to project engineer. He will be responsible for the oversight and facilitation of pipe and profile projects.

Mesa, Ariz.-based polyurethane block manufacturer American Insulock Inc. has named Joel H. Borovay to the position of CEO, effective immediately. He replaces Enna Keller, who resigned last month.

Tom Groff has been named by Rochester, N.Y.-based Optical Gaging Products, Inc. (OGP) as North American sales manager, with responsibility for the entire sales process throughout Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. OGP supplies non-contact and multisensor dimensional measurement systems, optical comparators, and laser surface scanners for manufacturing quality control.
