Blow molding equipment supplier W. Amsler Equipment Inc., of Richmond Hill, Ont., has named John Kowal to the position of blow molding projects manager. Kowal will be responsible for promoting and selling PET stretch blow molding equipment and ancillaries to the Canadian market.

Cambridge, Ont.-based ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. has announced the appointment of Anthony Caputo as CEO.

Caputo replaces John K. Bell, former CEO of Polymer Technologies Inc., who has served as interim CEO since the new board of directors was elected in September.
