Long time owner and president François Cote has sold the company.

Quebec-based plastics processing and auxiliary equipment sales agency Auxiplast Inc. has new ownership.

Owner and president François Cote sold the company effective June 10 to two long time Auxiplast employees. The new owners are Jean-François Continelli, president, and David Marois, vice-president. Continelli has almost 25 years experience in the plastics industry, the last 17 with Auxiplast; Marois has 12 years experience e in the industry, the past 10 with Auxiplast.

Aside from the departure of Cote, it’s business as usual for Auxiplast, which is headquartered in Sainte-Julie, Que. The company’s location and contact coordinates will remain the same. Auxiplast also continues to represent AEC and Sterling material conveying products, Avalon MoldWatcher systems, Bunting Magnetics, Coperion compounding and extrusion equipment, Cumberland size reduction equipment, Davis-Standard extrusion systems, Dynisco instruments, EAS change systems, Gneuss automatic screen changers, Harmo robotic systems, MO-DI-TEC low speed granulators, NGR one-step recycling systems, S.I.S.E  production and process monitoring, TOYO injection molding machines, and Zumbach Electronics measuring and monitoring systems.
