New Alliance to Market PET Foam

Sentinel Products and BC Foam, Srl. have created a joint marketing alliance in the field of providing equipment for the manufacturing of PET Foam sheet and board products. Sentinel is a supplier of specialized equipment for the foam industry with specific experience in low density cross-linked and non-cross-linked polyolefin foams for packaging applications and insulation board. The main focus of BC Foam, Turin, Italy, is in the development of extrusion and shaping equipment for the PET foam field.
Sentinel and BC Foam will be sharing technology and utilize the co-rotating twin-screw technology and equipment produced by BC Foam. Sentinel will provide expertise in the area of annular die design, blowing agents, compounding of additives, as well as their knowledge of thermoforming applications.
