Constraints Management Systems Inc. (CMS) has been named one of the fastest growing companies in Canada for the second year in a row in Profit magazine’s annual Hot 50 list. The Cambridge, ON-based company has achieved revenue growth of 250% over the last two years.
CMS is a business consulting firm with a business objective of helping manufacturers and distributors design and implement Exponential Profitable Growth strategies by using the Theory of Constraints (TOC). TOC is a systems-based management philosophy that helps companies focus efforts to dramatically accelerate the results achievable from Lean manufacturing concepts.
"Theory of Constraints is undoubtedly the best way to significantly improve the competitiveness of manufacturers and distributors," says Jack Warchalowski, president and co-founder of CMS. "Yet while TOC is achieving wide spread adoption in the U.S., few Canadian companies are aware of TOC or understand how it can substantially improve their ability to compete with offshore manufacturers."
CMS was founded in 2000 and has acquired a diverse set of clients, many with multi-site locations.
