Komtech expands with acquisition of Rouen Plastics

Ottawa-based Komtech Inc. has completed the acquisition of Ajax, Ont.-based Rouen Plastics Ltd., an injection molder.
The acquisition will help Komtech improve customer service and expanding its customer based in the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa.
All current employees of Rouen Plastics will be retained and strengthened with additional resources.
