IQMS, developer of ERP and supply chain software for plastics manufacturers, will debut its newly formed IQMS Canada operations at Plast-Ex. Greeting guests at booth #500-501, previously registered to DTR International, will be Jim Wilson, President of DataWil Intl. Inc., which recently announced an exclusive partnership agreement with IQMS.
Wilson and IQMS representatives will be discussing and demonstrating EnterpriseIQ software, the only plastics-specific Enterprise Management system with native real-time production monitoring and complete supply chain management capabilities.
The launch of IQMS Canada was announced in mid-April following the formal partnership between DataWil Intl. Inc., formerly known in industry circles as DTR Canada, and IQMS.
“I’ve spent over 20 years providing systems for Canadian plastics manufacturers,” says Jim Wilson, President of DataWil. “I knew from speaking with customers that DataWil needed to be with the industry leader to stay competitive. With IQMS and EnterpriseIQ, I know my customers will never outgrow their system.” In IQMS, DataWil sees a company more able to address the unique needs of Canadian manufacturers and provide a functional, scaleable Enterprise Management system for its customers.
The launch of IQMS Canada coincides with the addition of new functionality to the EnterpriseIQ ERP software, including enhanced real-time production monitoring and supply chain Internet portals for customers and vendors. IQMS had already completely updated the software to support the internationalization required and has doubled support personnel at its worldwide facilities.
