Husky’s Schad sells 3.8 million shares (January 02, 2006)

Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. in Bolton, Ont. announced its founder and significant shareholder, Robert Schad, has privately sold 3.8 million shares of Husky to two purchasers. The sale represents approximately 7.5 per cent of Schad’s holdings in Husky.
The majority of proceeds from the sale of shares will be applied to charitable causes in which Schad is involved. Schad said that he does not intend to sell further shares in Husky for a minimum of two years.
