Husky hot runners now ship in two weeks

Bolton, Ont.-based injection molding equipment manufacturer Husky has introduced two-week shipments for its Pronto line of hot runners.
“Faster deliveries are key in helping our customers meet increasingly tighter project deadlines,” Keith Carlton, Husky’s vice president of hot runners, said. “Thanks to a number of recent lean initiatives at our Milton[, Vt.] facility, we’ve been able to streamline our manufacturing processwith the benefit of two-week shipments.”
Customers can specify their Pronto selection using the Hot Runner Design Centre (HRDC) in Husky’s online catalogue, and then place an order by calling a regional Husky office or Husky’s North American hot runner facility in Milton, Vt., at 1-800-516-9590.
