Gefran appoints dedicated automation sales manager

Systems integrator and supplier of sensors and components for automation, Gefran ISI Inc., has named Bart Polizotto, who was previously employed as a manager at control and monitoring product manufacturer Eurotherm, as its new Automation Sales Manager for North America.
The Winchester, Mass.-based Gefran ISI is a subsidiary of Gefran Spa, based in Italy; the firm created this new position in response to increased demand for its control automationsystems and products within the plastics industry. Polizotto’s position became effective with Gefran on Monday July 17.
