Family molding business loses founder

Barry Book, president of G.B. Book Plastics Ltd, passed away on Nov. 1, 2003 after a brief illness. Mr. Book founded the Peterborough, ON company, which specializes in the manufacture of precision, high-tolerance plastic components. The company’s plant and offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 6 for funeral services. Operations will resume on Friday, Nov. 7.
