Emmerson Packaging named one Canada’s Best Managed Companies, again

For the tenth year in a row, Nova Scotia’s Emmerson Packaging has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Headquartered in Amherst, N.S., Emmerson Packaging’s second plant is located in Belleville, Ont.

The family-owned company has been supplying flexible packaging solutions for over 60 years.

Founded as PolyCello Bag Ltd. in 1956 by Philip Emmerson, the firm started as a paper distribution business before turning to flexible packaging. Emmerson Packaging currently offers mono- and co-extruded films and laminates, flexographic printing, and a range of pre-press, printing, distribution, and marketing services to clients.
