De Zen shares top spot at Royal

A recent management shuffle has Royal Group Technologies founder and chairman Vic De Zen sharing the CEO position with Doug Dunsmuir. Dunsmuir continues as president, and De Zen maintains the chairman post.
Royal Group Technologies Ltd. (Woodbridge, ON) is a vertically integrated manufacturer of plastic home improvement, consumer and construction products.
Also joining the senior management team are Ronald Goegan and Angelo Bitondo as senior vice-presidents. Goegan is also chief financial officer.
Dunsmuir noted that Goegan’s appointment is "consistent with Royal’s increasing development of management information systems, both operational and financial, as the Group continues to increase its focus on improving returns on invested capital."
Royal Group’s net sales for the quarter ended June 30, 2003, were $525 million, with earnings of $28 million.
