Mold technology provider D-M-E Company, of Madison Heights, Mich., is inviting processors to participate in a survey on the Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) market.

“Materials such as LSR are becoming real considerations for plastics and rubber processors alike,” the company said. “These materials allow processors to expand into new, growing industries like medical, plastic food containers, electronic and automotive, and recent reports have stated that LSR is projected to continue to grow and increase by 10 percent to 12 percent annually in North America in the coming years alone.”

Through the survey, D-M-E hopes to gain more knowledge on the LSR marketplace. Participants will receive a free summary of the findings and are entered into a drawing for a chance to win a US$250 gas card. Molders interested in taking the survey should visit this link before August 15.
