D-M-E enters partnership with Polimold

Madison Heights, Mich.-based moldmaking equipment supplier D-M-E has formed an exclusive partnership agreement with Polimold Industrial S.A., a mold base and hot runner system provider headquartered in Sao Bernado do Campo, Brazil.
The partnership is a culmination of a 20-year distributor relationship between the two companies, and will allow D-M-E to offer Polimold’s hot runner components worldwide.
“We’re excited to partner with Polimold and combine our engineering, support and product capabilities to offer an extended range of products,” Dave Lawrence, D-M-E’s president, said. “Through this partnership, we’ll be able to leverage our joint competencies to provide customers with more sophisticated mold technology solutions that offer unique advantages to customers of both organizations.”
D-M-E, a Milacron company, has its Canadian headquarters in Mississauga, Ont.
