CPIA’s Knowles honoured by chemical association

Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) consultant Graham Knowles has won the Distinguished Service Award from the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI) Head Office in the United Kingdom.

Knowles was presented with the award at a March 26 awards dinner. Knowles has devoted many years of volunteer service to the SCI and has been instrumental in organizing the Student Merit Awards, which recognizes outstanding chemistry achievement of more than 90 students in Canadian Universities each year.

Knowles has been the Awards Chairman of SCI Canada for more than 12 years.
