Composites firm one of “The Fast Growth 50”

Nisku, Alta.-based Wood Composite Technologies Inc. has been selected to Alberta Venture magazine’s “The Fast Growth 50” list for 2009.

The magazine’s “The Fast Growth 50” is a list of Alberta’s fastest growing business based on growth in revenues, assets, profits, head count and other criteria over the past three years. The list features big and small businesses operating in all industries.

Wood Composite was ranked 19^th fastest growing business in the under $20 million category, and was also featured in an article in the magazine.

“We are honoured to be selected to Alberta Venture‘s Fast Growth 50,” said company president and CFO John Greenwood. “We have seen tremendous growth in our business in recent years and we believe we are positioned to achieve further growth looking into the future.”
