Changes at CPIA (July 31, 2003)

The national office of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association has moved to a new location and the organization has announced several staff changes. Faris Shammas is promoted to vice-president of business and economics and will take over responsibility for the Industry Competitiveness Strategic Unit.
Cathy Cirko will continue her role as director of EPIC, but is also now vice-president of environment and health.
Patrick Moore has joined CPIA as manager of information management. He will design internal systems for the collection, management and distribution of information electronically.
The new CPIA national headquarters is 5915 Airport Road, Suite 712, Mississauga, ON, L4V 1T1. Phone and fax numbers remain the same. The move is effective August 1.
