CCL industries acquires Inprint Systems

Ashford, England-based CCL Industries Inc., a producer of packaging solutions for the consumer products and healthcare industries, announced that it has acquired Inprint Systems Ltd.
Inprint Systems is a privately held manufacturer of specialty label products with plants in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy and the U.S. It had revenues of some C$53 million in 2004.
