The Canadian Association of Mold Makers (CAMM) is pulling out all the stops for its trade show later this year.

The association recently received $100,000 in funding from the Ontario government to help with the costs of the trade show. CAMM hopes to attract as many as 50 tooling buyers from Europe, Brazil and the U.S.

CAMM has just announced that the biennial trade show will take place on November 18 and 19 at the Caesars Windsor casino resort in Windsor, Ont. In addition to meetings, plant tours and networking opportunities, this year’s show will also include a technical conference and keynote speakers. The association has managed to attract Paul Henderson (retired hockey left winger) and Roberta Bondar (Canada’s first female astronaut) to its slate of guest speakers.

More details about the November show will be available on the Canadian Plastics website as they become available.
