Brampton Engineering announced that it sold a 7-layer blown film line to a new customer at the K Show. The sale followed a series of meetings at the show with the customer. Name and location of the customer were not revealed.
"It is deals like this one that reinforce the importance of our commitment to shows of the magnitude of K 2004," said Bud Smith, president and CEO of Brampton Engineering.
Brampton also exhibited the world’s first 9-layer AquaFrost die at the show. The die was part of a complete 9-layer line the company is shipping to a European customer for start-up in the first quarter of 2005. Brampton will also be shipping a 10-layer AquaFrost line to another European customer in early 2005
