Atofina adopts new name

Atofina Canada has adopted a new name. Effective immediately, the company will now operate under the name Arkema. As well, Atofina Petrochemicals, which produces the company’s polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene resins, has changed its name to Total Petrochemicals USA, Inc. The name changes are a result of the reorganization of the chemicals business of the Total Group. Total is the world’s fourth largest oil and gas company.
