ACS Group acquires Walton/Stout

Auxiliary equipment supplier ACS Group has acquired bulk storage and conveying equipment maker Walton/Stout, Inc.

Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Walton/Stout is headquartered in Lithonia, Ga.

“The Walton/Stout line of large drying systems and crystallizers, both electric and gas-fired, will complement our current product offerings, and are an excellent fit with ACS’s current product line and will enable our customers to satisfy virtually all of their auxiliary equipment needs through a single source,” said Tom Breslin, president of ACS Group. “The ACS application and sales professionals will handle all of the sales activity for Walton/Stout projects.”

New Berlin, Wis.-based ACS Group also includes equipment manufacturers AEC, Cumberland, Sterling and Colortronic.
