Canadian auto parts supplier ABC Group will establish a new production facility in Bydgoszcz, Poland, according to a report by Polish news agency PAP.
According to PAP, ABC Group has acquired a site in the Bydgoski industrial-technological park (BPPT), where it plans to build a 13,000-square-meter facility.
The complex is to be completed next year, PAP said, and will be run by ABC’s local subsidiary ABC Automotive Poland. Approximately 150 employees are expected to work at the plant once it opens.
The cost of the new facility has not been disclosed.
Founded in 1974, ABC is a privately owned Toronto-based company. The company’s manufacturing processes include blow and injection molding, thermoforming, sheet extrusion, interior and exterior painting, and material compounding.
