Intertape Polymer Group CEO stepping down

Melbourne F. Yull, the founder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer (CEO) of Montreal-based flexible packaging manufacturer Intertape Polymer Group Inc., is stepping down, the company announced.
Yull founded Intertape in 1981, and has been its chairman and CEO since 1995.
The company is currently searching for a successor CEO. During this transition period, H. Dale McSween, Intertape’s president of engineered coated products division, will act as interim CEO.
Intertape, a manufacturer of polyolefin plastic and paper packaging, employs approximately 3,000 workers in 19 locations throughout North America and Europe, with sales of over US $800 million.
