Husky Injection Molding Systems has made leadership changes within its sales organization in the Americas.
Mike Urquhart, vice president, Latin American sales, has replaced Carmen Lowe as vice president, North American sales.
Lowe is retiring after 23 years with Bolton, Ont.-based Husky.
A transition of Lowe’s responsibilities will begin October 1, 2010, Husky said, with an official retirement beginning early 2011.
Urquhart, who joined Husky in 1980, has served in a number of leadership positions throughout the company’s operations, marketing and sales organizations. Since 2007, he has held the position of vice president, Latin American sales. In this new role, he has also been appointed to Husky’s executive team.
