York, Pa.-based injection molding machine supplier Engel North America has added five new staff members to its automation group.

Thomas Bieber has been appointed automation systems manager. He spent the last 12 years owning/operating an automation systems integration company, and has a total of 30 years experience in the automation industry with companies including Bell & Howell, Electron Energy Corporation and New Concept Technology.

Steven Horn is the new automation project manager. Horn worked for companies including Boeing, GE and ES3, and comes to Engel with over 30 years experience in manufacturing and distribution.

 

Stephen Campbell is the new project engineer. Campbell is a graduate of Electro Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.

 

Engel has also hired mechanical engineer Brian Dombroski, who has 20 years experience in injection molding industry; and software engineer Robert Benner, who has seven years experience in programming, data, and test systems.
