Stratasys announced the acquisitions of Solid Concepts and specialty additive manufacturing service bureau Harvest Technologies in April 2014, and will combine Solid Concepts and Harvest Technologies with RedEye, its existing digital manufacturing service business, to establish one additive manufacturing services business unit.
Stratasys acquired Solid Concepts for approximately US$295 million, and Harvest Technologies for an undisclosed amount.
Stratasys expects to complete its acquisition of Harvest Technologies by the end of July.

Stratasys has corporate headquarters in Minneaspolis, Minn., and Rehovot, Israel.
