After 40 years in the same building, process cooling system supplier Thermal Care has moved into a new headquarters in Niles, Ill.

Located less than one mile from its old HQ, Thermal Care’s new 135,000-square-foot facility is 40 per cent larger than its previous floor space and has room for future expansion.

“Our new facility is going to allow Thermal Care to continue with our growth strategies and brings a new sense of pride to our employees,” said Thermal Care president Lee Sobocinski. “A lot of thought went into designing the building from comfort for our employees to vastly improved flow of production lines to help decrease lead times. Other highlights of the new building include a technologically advanced testing facility, an area for research and development, a cutting-edge welding department, and a warehouse designed for efficient flow using a wire guided system.”

Thermal Care’s new address is 5680 W. Jarvis Ave., Niles, Ill.

The move coincides with another recent development for Thermal Care: earlier this month Sobocinski was named to the position of president. He had previously been the company’s director of sales.
