Frigel opening joint venture in Asia Pacific

Italian process cooling equipment maker Frigel Firenze SpA is forming a joint venture that will service the Asia Pacific region.

The Florence, Italy-based company is partnering with Hong Kong-based Chudleigh-Sutch Technologies Co. Ltd. and Osaka, Japan- based Matsui Mfg. Co. Ltd. to launch Frigel Asia Pacific Co. Ltd.

The JV will be based in Bangkok, Thailand, and will make and sell Frigel’s process water cooling equipment, and also sell Chudleigh-Sutch’s systems and customized automation handling equipment.

Frigel’s North American headquarters are located in East Dundee, Ill.
