Husky kicks off technical world tour

Plastics processing equipment maker Husky Injection Molding Systems has kicked off its latest world tour with an event in Mexico.

The Husky World Tour 2014 began with a one-day specialty closures conference at Husky’s Technical Center in Cuajimalpa, Mexico, in early August.

The event featured presentations from industry experts on current trends in the design and manufacture of specialty closures.

The Husky World Tour 2014 is a series of global customer events taking place throughout the year in various locations across the globe. Husky World Tour events scheduled for 2014 include a Medical Conference in Shanghai in September, a Specialty Closures Conference in Bangkok in November, and a Beverage Packaging Conference in Casablanca in November.

Husky is headquartered in Bolton, Ont.
