In a bid to strengthen its position in China, extrusion sensor and control technology supplier Dynisco LLC has purchased the assets of Shanghai Hao-Ying Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd.
Hao-Ying is described by Franklin, Mass.-based Dynisco as one of the top two Chinese producers of temperature sensors, melt-pressure transducers, transmitters and gauges, and other instrumentation used in plastics extrusion and related processes.
Shanghai Hao-Ying will be integrated into Dynisco's current China operation, which will now operate under the name Dynisco China; Dynisco China will make and sell products under the Hao-Ying brand name as well as the Dynisco brand. According to Dynisco, the company will continue to be led by the existing leadership team and employees under the direction of Wu Hao, the company's current general manager.
