DME names new VP, general manager for Americas

Mold technology supplier DME Company has named Dean Froney as vice president and general manager for the Americas.

Froney, a 22-year plastics industry veteran, most recently served as president of Asian operations in Shanghai for Key Plastics, L.L.C. Prior to joining Key Plastics in 1991, Froney was a research chemist with Universal Oil Products. He earned his M.B.A. from Wayne State University and his B.S. in Biochemistry from Michigan State University.

DME is headquartered in Madison Heights, Mich.
