The Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) has named Paul Aucoin as its new director of membership and development for Quebec and the Maritime provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

The Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) has named Paul Aucoin as its new director of membership and development for Quebec and the Maritime provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

“CPIA’s value proposition for members is focused on our commitment to promoting and protecting the plastics brand, increasing the level of post-use plastics recycling and energy recovery, stimulating innovation and, effectively managing issues facing the industry,” the organization said. “We are very pleased that Paul has joined CPIA to help us deliver on this commitment and build on our membership growth momentum.”

Aucoin is described by CPIA as having “broad experience” in the plastics industry, as well as industrial recycling processes, sales, marketing, and is ISO 14064/3 certified for GHG verification.
