Auxiliary equipment supplier The Conair Group has appointed some well-known industry figures to its sales management team.
Adam LaDuke has joined Conair as an associate regional sales manager, Vincent Carpentieri has been named size reduction sales manager, and Al Washington is the new upstream extrusion sales manager.
Adam LaDuke comes to Conair from Motan Inc. Vincent Carpentieri comes to Conair from Cumberland Engineering, where he spent the last 15 years in granulator and shredder sales, becoming a regional sales manager in 2002. And Al Washington was most recently a technical sales manager for AEC Inc., and previously held senior positions at Colortronic North America and K-Tron America.
Conair is headquartered in Cranberry Township, Pa. It’s product line includes resin drying systems, blenders, feeders and material-conveying systems, temperature-control equipment and granulators. Extrusion solutions include line-control systems, film and sheet scrap-reclaim systems and downstream equipment for pipe and profile extrusion.
Conair is represented in Canada by Dier International Plastics (Unionville, Ont.) and Industries Laferriere (Mascouche, Que.).
