Industry veteran Frank LaRocque rejoins M. Holland Company

LaRocque worked for M. Holland Canada in various sales, application development, and market manager roles from October 2004 through June 2015. From June 2015 onward, he served as president of Toronto-based blown film packaging supplier Al-Pack Enterprises Ltd.

A veteran Canadian executive of film resin sales is returning to the industry.

Frank LaRocque is rejoining M. Holland Company, a distributor of thermoplastic resin, as the company’s new film and flexible packaging market manager, effective Oct. 30.

LaRocque worked for M. Holland Canada in various sales, application development, and market manager roles from October 2004 through June 2015. From June 2015 onward, he served as president of Toronto-based blown film packaging supplier Al-Pack Enterprises Ltd. At Al-Pack Enterprises, he was responsible for developing and implementing new business strategies, restructuring the organization to improve systems and processes, and pursuing market and sales opportunities to exploit new capacity.

Prior to Al-Pack Enterprises and M. Holland Canada, LaRocque held positions at Polystar Packaging Group and Nova Chemicals Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.

“Frank’s business and market development knowledge, as well as his experience at two film and flexible packaging manufacturers, will help us achieve that objective and positively influence his strategic perspective,” John Zessin, M. Holland’s director of new business development, said in a statement. “We are excited to welcome him back to the company.”

M. Holland is headquartered in Northbrook, Ill.
