Plastics Recycling Technology 2017

June 20 - June 21, 2017
Heumarkt 20, 50667 Köln, Germany

The pressure is on to recycle more plastics and to add value to reclaimed materials. Plastics Recycling Technology 2017 is a two-day conference from AMI that will examine the latest technologies for increasing the volume of plastics being recycled. It will also explore ways to improve the quality of reclaimed materials so that they can be used in higher value applications.

Leading experts will discuss advances in plastics recycling systems, from sorting and cleaning through to compounding and pelletization. Speakers will also examine developments in additives for boosting the properties, appearance, compatibility and processability of recycled plastics.

In addition, the conference will cover the development of high-value markets for recycled plastics, including case studies of exciting new applications.

Legislation, regulations and standards play critical roles in the development of the plastics recycling sector, and Plastics Recycling Technology 2017 will provide an update on relevant developments in these fields.

The scope of the conference will cover all types of polymers from polyolefins and PVC through to high-performance engineering plastics. It will also address applications ranging from the in-house reclamation of industrial scrap through to the recycling of mixed consumer waste.
