Vancouver plastic lumber company names new business director

Vancouver, B.C.-based Poly-Pacific International (PPI) Inc. has appointed Randy Hayward as its director of business development.
Hayward will be responsible for investor relations, promotion of the company to the investment community and mergers and acquisitions. Hayward has already supervised the company’s investment of $338,000, to be used for acquiring equipment to expand its production facilities and for working capital, the company said.
PPI is a manufacturer of plastic blast media (PBM) and plastic lumber. PBM is designed for the rapid removal of paints and coatings from sensitive surfaces and substrates. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Everwood Agricultural Products International Inc., PPI recycles plastic containers into plastic lumber for use in the agricultural industry.
