Custom injection molder and assembler Star Plastics Inc. has moved into a new 73,000 square foot facility in Mississauga, Ont.
The company’s new address is 1930 Drew Road, Unit 1. The new plant has 7,000 square feet of office space and 66,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space.
The opening ceremony was attended by a large number of industry insiders and government officials, including Mississauga mayor Hazel McCallion, who cut the ribbon to officially open the facility.
Star Plastics’ previous address was 7325 Bramalea Road in Mississauga.
Founded in 1989, Star Plastics currently employs approximately 150 workers.
