Bolton, Ont.-based machinery manufacturer Husky Injection Molding Systems has named George Halatsis to the position of Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Halatsis replaces Daniel Gagnon, who has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the organization.

Prior to joining Husky, Halatsis was Executive Vice President and CFO at Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation, and also served as CFO at Inco and Canadian Pacific Railway.
