Intertape Polymer Group improves supply chain efficiency

Montreal, Que.-based tape and film manufacturer Intertape Polymer Group Inc. has used a supply chain management solution to improve visibility into customer demand, increase collaboration, help rationalize its vast product portfolio and create a more efficient supply chain.

The company implemented Logility Voyager Solutions from Logility Inc. after experiencing rapid growth through acquisition, which increased supply chain complexity. Logility Voyager Solutions is a suite of supply chain solutions that allows companies to streamline their global supply chain operations.

The implementation has allowed Intertape to increase demand visibility, create a more proactive supply chain, and refine its inventory and replenishment planning processes.
