The Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA) and Canadian Machine Tool, Die & Mould Federation are offering a resource for individual companies looking to develop sales and distribution at EuroMold 2007, the largest trade show for the tool, die and mold industry.

EuroMold 2007 will be held in Frankfurt, Germany in December 5 to 7, and the show is expected to attract nearly 60,000 visitors. The 2006 trade show boasted 60,400 visitors from 80 different countries.

The Federation and CPIA said that they are currently in negotiations for a 12 square meter booth with a rotating exhibit area and an information/literature display section.

According to a note posted on the CPIA’s website, companies can participate as rotating exhibitors, provide literature for distribution, or provide a poster for display at the booth.

“Canadian companies in the plastics and TDM sectors can participate in a flexible Rotating Exhibit Area which allows companies to exhibit on a one, two or three day basis, plus participate in the Information and Poster Areas,” said the CPIA. “This provides companies with opportunities to walk the show, pick up the latest technology and schedule meetings offsite.”

In order to participate in the Canadian Rotating Exhibit Area, companies must complete and submit the EuroMold application by October 30, 2007. The CPIA will also assign final rotating day allocations at the end of October.
