Celanese Chemicals announces emulsions price increase

Dallas, Texas-based Celanese Chemicals will increase the price for all PVAc homopolymer, VAE co-polymers, vinyl-acrylic and acrylic emulsion polymers in North America by seven to 12 per cent, effective for shipments on or after September 12, 2005, or as contracts allow.
Celanese Emulsions, a business of Celanese Chemicals, is a global supplier of emulsion and adhesive polymers to the architectural coatings, adhesives, paper, nonwovens, textiles and building products industries.
