Uni-Select completes purchase of auto parts wholesaler C.B. Hoare

Ontario-based automotive products distributor Uni-Select Inc. has, through one of its subsidiaries, completed the acquisition of the assets of C.B. Hoare Auto Parts Ltd.

C.B. Hoare, previously a customer of Uni-Select, is a wholesaler of automotive parts and paint products operating three stores in Nova Scotia. These stores will be the first Uni-Select corporate stores in the Maritime Provinces.

The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

“This acquisition fits our strategy to support our Uni-Select customers with succession planning while building a complementary corporate store network in Canada,” said Henry Buckley, president and CEO of Uni-Select.
